Updating the prospective franchisee lead journey through lifecycle messaging, campaign strategy, and HubSpot CRM support

Translating academic ideas into accessible, entertaining public-facing content

Reclaiming Rhetoric is a content project built around a central challenge: how do you take ideas from rhetoric, communication, media studies, persuasion, history, and public discourse — fields often treated as abstract or academic — and make them clear, engaging, and useful for a broader audience?The project draws on my academic background in rhetorics, communication, and information design, but translates that expertise into accessible content through cultural examples, storytelling, plain-language explanation, and audience-centered framing.Instead of presenting theory as theory, the work shows how rhetoric shapes everyday life: media, politics, technology, identity, public argument, and culture.Work included: research synthesis, editorial positioning, educational storytelling, scripting, essay development, and complex-topic translation.What this demonstrates: academic-to-public communication, audience adaptation, explanatory writing, narrative framing, and the ability to make specialized knowledge feel relevant to non-specialists.
